Urs lent his slaves to the Head Zaicuon Temple priest to help him deceive people and earn money. He was implied to have a hidden motive, using the Zaicuon Temple to incite people into rebelling against the local count.
After being foiled and captured by Satou for his part in the near-riot, he was framed as being a demonic instigator to a crowd. The arm of a lesser hell demon would suddenly emerge from his body, almost killing him outright. Upon seeing this, the panicking crowd started throwing rocks at Urs, killing him when one of the rocks strikes his head.
He was one of candidates of the true identity of the silver masked hero, but he is not judged by his abilities, compared with the silver masked hero, but rather, his similar physique and hair and he was confirmed to be present during both uproars.
